Several Uganda Premier League (UPL) clubs will play from new home grounds in the 2025/26 season after FUFA confirmed the changes while releasing first-round fixtures on Friday.

Record champions SC Villa lead the shake-up, moving from Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku, to the newly renovated FUFA-Kadiba Stadium in Mengo.

The shift gives the Jogoos a modern, more accessible home ahead of the new campaign.

Mbarara City FC have also turned a new page, leaving behind years of uncertainty at Kakyeka Stadium, which repeatedly failed FUFA licensing standards.

The Ankole Lions will now host games at Rwamwanja Stadium in Kamwenge District, a World Bank-funded facility under the USMID program.

Police FC finally get a permanent base after years at Kavumba Recreation Grounds. The Cops will now host their matches at the newly developed Kiira Road Police Arena in Kamwokya, a landmark moment for the club.

Newcomers Calvary FC and Entebbe UPCC have received temporary approvals to use Midigo Primary School Playground and Bugonga Fisheries Ground, respectively.

Fellow debutants Buhimba Saints FC will call Royal Park in Butema, Hoima, home.

The 2025/26 UPL season kicks off on September 26, 2025.
