Ugandan midfielder Ronald Ssekiganda enjoyed a memorable moment on Sunday, scoring his first goal for APR FC to secure a 1–0 win over Mukura Victory Sports at the Kigali Pele Stadium.
Usually known for his grit rather than goals, Ssekiganda struck in the 19th minute, pouncing after Mukura goalkeeper and fellow Ugandan Nicholas Ssebwato failed to handle a loose ball.

His sharp finish proved decisive in a tightly contested Rwanda Premier League match.
The victory kept APR’s perfect start intact, with two wins from as many games.
Though they’ve played fewer matches than leaders Police FC (12 points), APR’s six points place them firmly in the chase.
Ssekiganda shared the pitch with fellow Ugandans Hakim Kiwanuka and Denis Omedi, but it was his match-winning moment that stole the spotlight.
APR return to action next Saturday, October 25, against Kiyovu, as they aim to extend their unbeaten run and continue their title defense.
