Uganda Cranes defender Kenneth Ssemakula has signed a two-year deal with Saudi Arabian second-tier side Al Adalah FC, keeping him at the club until 2027.

The 23-year-old arrives after a short spell at Kuwait’s Al Arabi SC, which he joined in July from Tunisia’s Club Africain.

He has already debuted for Al Adalah in the Saudi King’s Cup, where they exited in the round of 32 against top-flight giants Al Hilal.

Ssemakula’s rise began at Jinja SS before stepping into the Uganda Premier League with Busoga United and later BUL FC.

He made his name at SC Villa, captaining the Jogoos to a record 17th league title and earning a regular Uganda Cranes call-up.

Based in Al Hulaylah, Al Adalah nicknamed the Knights of the Oasis play at Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Sport City in Al Ahsa.

Coached by Slovak Martin Ševela, they view Ssemakula as a key piece in their promotion chase.
