The most successful teams remaining in the 2025 Masaza Cup, Ssingo and Mawokota, are to face off in the Quarterfinals.
Ssingo are two-time champions, having won in 2015 and 2018, while Mawokota are three-time champions, winning in 2005, 2007, and 2013.
Both Ssingo and Mawokota progressed as second-placed teams in the Masengere and Muganzirwazza groups.
Following the climax of the group stage, the Buganda Masaza Cup shall commence on September 27 with the Quarterfinal first leg, ahead of the Second leg on 4th October 2025.
Ssingo will host the first leg at Mityana Ssaza ground before a trip to Buwama playground, where Mawokota hosts its matches.
In other quarterfinal clashes, Ssese will face last season’s finalist Kyaggwe in the first leg, with the second leg taking place at Mukono Bishops.
Kyaggwe led Muganzirwazza group with 21 points the second most while Ssese qualified as best third placed team after finishing third in Bulange group.
Bugerere will host their first leg game at Ntenjeru ground against Buluuli, while Busujju shall host Buweekula at Kakindu playground in the other quarterfinal first leg.
Bugerere was the second best third placed team with 17 points behind Buweekula and Mawokota in Masengere group. Busujju finished second behind Buluuli in Bulange group.
