Q1: GM Sugar vs Rounders – Lugogo Cricket Oval, 10 AM
Debutants GM Sugar open the weekend against last year’s runners-up, Rounders. GM Sugar topped Group A with 14 points, losing just once.
Their standout performance came from Mehulkumar Chhotubhai Patel, who smashed 133* off 70 balls against Wanderers.
Rounders, second in Group B with six wins, bring experience and hunger. Expect a tight contest.
Q2: Avengers vs Ceylon Lions – Entebbe Cricket Oval, 10 AM
The Avengers seek revenge after an 83-run defeat to Ceylon Lions at this stage last year.
Top of Group C with 17 points, they’re led by Christopher Kidega, who has piled up 360 runs this season.
The Lions, second in Group D, are without stars Hasith Dilhara and Siraje Nsubuga but remain dangerous.
Q3: Aboojo vs Wanderers – Lugogo Cricket Oval, 2:00 PM
Defending champions Wanderers face Aboojo (formerly Nyakasura), group toppers in Group B with 13 points.
Wanderers scraped through on net run rate after three losses but will lean on experience and Wasim Butt, who has scored 273 runs this season.
Q4: Kutchi Tigers vs Ismaili – Entebbe Cricket Oval, 2:00 PM
Unbeaten Kutchi Tigers take on Ismaili in their first-ever meeting.
Kutchi Tigers dominated Group D with 16 points, eager to erase last year’s narrow quarter-final exit.
Ismaili, transformed from last season’s group-stage exit to genuine contenders, rely on tournament leading wicket taker Ghulam Hunzai (20 wickets) after losing Rizat Ali Sha.
