Uganda Cranes Interim Head Coach Morley Byekwaso Ochama has named the final squad for the upcoming international friendly games against Mali and Zambia.
The team, which has been undergoing training at East High, Kisasi, is comprised of 24 players.
The Cranes will take on West African giants Mali in the first match on October 13 at Stade du Mars in Bamako. Thereafter, the team will travel to Dubai to face Zambia on October 17 at Hamriya Stadium.
Apart from defenders Abdu Aziizi Kayondo and Halid Lwaliwa, who will travel with the contingent from Uganda, the rest of the foreign-based players will join the team from their respective clubs.
The contingent, headed by FUFA Executive Committee Member and former Uganda Cranes player Dan Obote, will depart Uganda on the morning of Tuesday 10th October 2023 aboard Ethiopian Airways.
