The Uganda DanceSport Federation (UDSF) has confirmed the list of athletes and delegates who will represent Uganda at the upcoming World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) Breaking For Gold World Series in Hong Kong.
This event, taking place December 16-17, 2023, at the St. Elizabeth Stadium, is the final Olympic qualifying series of the year.
Team Uganda:

- Lulet Faruk (Bboy Skoolboy)
- Kiryowa Fahad (Bboy Fahad)
- Ndawula Ronald (Bboy Ndawula)
Delegation:
- Head of Delegation: Birungi Eunice Joanita, UDSF Delegate of Rwenzori Region
- Head Coach: Sserwakulya Edrine (Bboy Sherrif), Uganda DanceSport Cranes

Departure and Previous Missed Event:
The team will depart for Hong Kong on December 14, 2023, with a flag-off ceremony at the UDSF offices in Mengo at 11:00 AM.
This event marks Uganda’s return to the WDSF Breaking For Gold series after missing the Leuven-Belgium event in September 2023 due to unforeseen circumstances.
Previous Team Selection:
The initial list of athletes chosen to represent Uganda at the Leuven World Breaking Championship included:
- Lulet Faruk (Bboy School boy)
- Brian Adam (Bboy Tiger)
- Kawala Sophia (Bgirl Sophie)
- Magezi Miracle (Bgirl Micco)

However, only Luleti Farouk (Bboy Schoolboy) is part of the final squad.
The new Olympic sport of breaking will finally make a Games debut at Paris 2024. But first, the B-Boys and B-Girls have to qualify.
