The Pepsi University Football League quarter-final draws of the 11th edition was held this afternoon at Kati Kati Restaurant Lugogo.
The top eight ranked teams were pitted in two Pots, A and B, to determine their fate in the home and away knockout stage.
After the draws, the most interesting fixture saw two-time champion, Kampala University fall again in the line of their tormentor from last season, St Lawrence University.
Speaking to Voice of Bugerere media, Kampala University Sports Tutor, Martha Soigi vowed that they are ready for Davis Nono’s St Lawrence.
“This is not the first time we are meeting them at this level, and we know how to silence them. Of course, we are hoping to win.”
The University Football League action will resume on 15th February 2024 and the teams seeded in pot B will be the first to host the fixture.
Pot B teams collected fewer points at the group stage level hence throwing away the opportunity of hosting the deciders.
