Uganda Premier League
- BUL 1-0 Kitara
- Police 0-1 Vipers
- Lugazi 1 -0 Express
BUL FC ended Kitara FC’s impressive unbeaten defensive run with a 1-0 victory at Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo.
Jerome Kirya’s second-half strike secured the win for Abbey Kikomeko’s side, marking their fourth victory in five league matches.

Kitara, who had kept 10 consecutive league clean sheets, conceded for the first time in months as BUL completed a season double over them, having won 3-1 in the reverse fixture.
The first half saw little attacking action, but BUL broke the deadlock eight minutes into the second half through Kirya after a setup by Hillary Onek.
Kitara pressed for an equalizer but struggled to break through BUL’s solid defence.
Karim Ndugwa nearly extended the lead but was denied by goalkeeper Chrispus Kusiima.
The win keeps BUL FC third on the table after 18 games, while Kitara remains fourth with 28 points. BUL next faces URA FC, while Kitara hosts Mbarara City FC.
Elsewhere the same margin of results was sighted as Yunus Sentamu scored Vipers’ only goal to edge Police in Kavumba
Lugazi, through Sharif Saaka, managed to complete a double over Express with a 1-0 win.
Uganda Premier League action will continue on Friday, March 7 as Wakiso Giants host NEC at the Kabaka Kyabaggu whereas UPDF visit URA in Nakivubo.
