Kitara FC dominated Lugazi FC 4–0 at Royals Park in Butema, Hoima, on Thursday.
Patrick Kaddu scored twice, while substitutes Yunus Sibira and Gaddafi Wahab added to the score in the second half.
Kaddu opened the scoring in the 10th minute with an assist from Isaac Amutuhairwe and doubled the lead from a penalty just before halftime.
After the break, Sibira and Wahab further secured the victory, with Wahab scoring directly from a corner.
The win moved Kitara to sixth place with seven points, while Lugazi dropped to ninth with five.
Next, Kitara will face SC Villa on November 6, while Lugazi will host Buhimba United Saints on November 8.
In another match at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru, BUL FC was held to a 0–0 draw by Express FC.
BUL remains at the top of the table with nine points, level with Buhimba United, who play SC Villa on Friday.
Express moved to eighth place with five points.
