Teams will finalize payments and undergo verification from June 25 to July 6. Replacements at zonal and national levels will occur from July 1 to 5.

On July 8, the tournament will be officially launched with National Draws. Teams will arrive in Tororo on July 10, and a technical meeting will be conducted the same day.
