Week 15 of the Uganda Boxing Champions League Season Two has a mouthwatering fight on the menu featuring Isaac Zebra Ssenyange Jr and Muzamir Ssemuddu at Lugogo Indoor Arena.
The battle for the throne of who is the King of the 71kgs boxing weight category this Saturday night is an opportunity for both boxers to settle the score and silence their respective critiques.
The last time the two faced off was on the last outing of Season One at Akamwesi Gardens off Gayaza Road with the bout ending in chaos as judges ruled in the favour of Zebra over the night’s crowd favourite Ssemuddu.
With two Knock Outs this season; Depark Mawanda and Richard Kasujja being victims, Ssemuddu and his fans would love to have the same result on Saturday and not leave matters to the judges.
However, in an interview with Daily Monitor’s Abdul-Nasser Ssemugabi, Sssenyange vowed to finish off his opponent.
“Trust me, I will leave it all in the ring. Because people say I am favoured but it is the other way round. So, I must be outstanding to win.”
