The Futsal Association Uganda (FAU) has confirmed the 15 teams that will participate in the 2023 Futsal Uganda Cup.

The competition, which is set to kick off on August 30, 2023, will feature four teams that competed in the 2022/23 Futsal Super League.

The new format of the fourth edition of the cup competition will allow teams to play more games.

The group stage draws will be held on August 4, and the fixtures will be released shortly thereafter.

After the group stage, teams will advance to the quarterfinals, which will be played in a home-and-away knockout format. The semifinals and the final will be played in a best-of-three format.

All of the games will be played at night in an effort to attract more fans.

The current holders of the Futsal Super League title, Yeak Kabowa, are the defending champions of the Futsal Uganda Cup.
