The Uganda Street Racers Association has today, November 11, announced the final program of the 2025 Man versus Machine Rally, which is due to happen on Saturday the 15th.
During the launch held at Kampala Nile Resort in Namanve, Newman Foods announced offering a land title for the winner of the event, to take place in Namanve.
With registration still going on up to Thursday evening, interesting numbers have already secured participation slots into the event.
The organizer has called on all speed drivers to refrain from racing on public roads by taking the opportunity to participate in the racing event for the sake of road safety.
“As the Uganda Street Racers Association, we dealt with the number of accidents happening on the road, that brought us to this cause and set up an opportunity for all racers to race. We do this by availing the opportunity to lower public road accidents, which are majorly caused by over speeding. We call on everyone to bring the racing to this event instead of racing on public roads,” said association President Charles Kakaire.
Over 100 drivers are expected to take part in the race, slated to have scrutineering on Friday 14, ahead of the race on Saturday, 15 and Sunday, 16 November 2025.
