Kawempe Muslim Ladies WFC, the reigning champions of the Finance Trust Women Super League, have maintained their impressive form at the start of the 2024/25 season.
Following a 3-0 victory over Rines SS in the opening match, Kawempe secured another convincing win, defeating Wakiso Hill by the same scoreline at Kitende on Sunday.
Star striker Agnes Nabukenya continued her goal-scoring spree, netting her fourth goal of the season after a successful hat-trick in the previous match.
In other league action, She Maroons recorded their first win of the season with a 2-0 victory over Uganda Martyrs in Luzira.
Meanwhile, Lady Doves also picked up their maiden win of the campaign, defeating newcomers Amusi College 3-1 at Amusi Stadium.
