Scottish side Dundee United have completed the signing of Ugandan duo in; striker Sadat Anaku and defender Enock Walusimbi from KCCA FC and Express FC respectively.
They have been with the side on trials, impressing the technical team, and as such, Anaku was unveiled over the weekend.
As the young striker penned down a two-year deal, Walusimbi was sent out to Peterhead on a season-long loan.
The two left for United Kingdom in July as part of Team Fundi Project, an initiative bankrolled by the Bank of Uganda.
Dundee United finished fourth, behind Champions Celtic, Rangers and Hearts, in the Scottish Premiership last season.
Peterhead plays in League one of Scottish Football hierarchy, a platform big enough for the promising defender.
Anaku has featured in three friendly games where he scored a goal against Leicester Youth side and the 21-year old may start with the Club’s Youth team before joining the senior team.
The two Uganda international players joined Motherwell and Cranes defender Bevis Mugabi as Ugandan stars playing in Scottish Leagues.
