Congolese referee Fitial Charel Kokolo will be in charge of the CAF Confederation Cup match between KCCA FC and Libya’s Abu Salem this Saturday at St Mary’s Stadium in Kitende.

Kokolo will be assisted by fellow Congolese referees Prefina Jean Prislas Malanda and Beaudrel Beaudrel Ntsele Roul, who will serve as the first and second assistant referees, respectively.

Chynel Geo Bango, also from Congo, will be the fourth official for the match.

Ethiopian Solomon Gebresilassie Abebe will be the match commissioner, while Bugingo Apollo Ahimbisibwe from Uganda will be the medical officer.

Abu Salem, who won the first leg 3-1 in Tunisia, arrived in Uganda on Tuesday.

KCCA FC needs a two-goal margin win to stand a chance of returning to the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup.

However, to achieve this they must first address their worrying striking challenges and defensive lapses if they want to advance.

KCCA FC qualified for the CAF Confederation Cup after finishing second in the Ugandan Premier League.

They were given a bye in the first round due to their impressive performances in 2017 and 2018, when they qualified for the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup and Champions League, respectively.
