Seven time National Basketball League champions City Oilers will miss the services of star players, Tonny Drilleba and James Okello when they take on KIU Titans tonight at Lugogo.

The duo suffered injury setbacks while on national team (Silverbacks) duty in Kigali, Rwanda and will be unavailable on the night.

Drilleba, who has this season averaged 12.8 points and six assists, is reportedly suffering from a sore ankle.

Meanwhile, Okello’s injury troubles started in June as the Silverbacks prepared for the FIBA World Cup qualifiers in Kigali.

On a brighter note, Ruai Luak will make a welcome return to the Oilers as his supposed pro move to Georgia was pushed to August.

The Oilers will be keen on completing a double against a KIU side they defeated 76-60 in the first round in May.
