National Basketball League champions City Oilers have completed the coup of dazzling Point Guard Fayed Baale from nemesis UCU Canons.
The 21 year-old spent the entirety of the 2022 campaign with the Mukono based side as he averaged 12 points per game.
Baale comes in moments after the Oilers lost Nigerian star forward Francis Azolibe to Rwanda’s Kigali Titans.
Baale, who stands at 5’8″, helped the Canons to last season’s semi-final playoffs, before falling short to his new side.
City Oilers went ahead and clinched their eighth successive title, after a close 4-3 Best of Seven series victory over the Nam Blazers.
