The semifinals of the FEASSSA Girls Football Tournament will be played on Saturday, August 26, 2023, to determine the two teams that will compete in the final.
The two finalists from last year, St. Noa and Wiyeta, have both reached the semifinals and will face off to determine who will advance to the final.
Kawempe Muslim, who replaced Rines SS WFC in the tournament, has also reached the semifinals and will take on Amus College.
Amus College defeated Kawempe Muslim 10-9 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in normal time in the Fresh Diary Games quarterfinals.
Kawempe Muslim will be looking for revenge when the two teams meet in the FEASSSA semifinals at Kamena playground.
Kawempe Muslim has been boosted by the arrival of Hadijah Nandago, Shakirah Nyinagahirwa, and Samalie Nakacwa, who joined the team two days ago after the elimination of Kampala Queens in the Champions league zonal qualifiers.
