Striker Brian Kayanja is the latest player to be unveiled by new Star Times Uganda Premier League entrants NEC FC.
The lanky forward has inked down a two-year employment contract to join the Bugolobi outfit.
Kayanja joined KCCA FC in 2021 on a three year contract from UPDF FC after scoring nine league goals, but failed to impress the bosses at Lugogo and had limited playing time.
He spent the second round of 2022/23 Startimes Uganda Premier League on loan at premier league side Maroons FC.
Kayanja was among the players KCCA FC released recently and has finally found a new home.
NEC already unveiled Ronald Owiny Ogenga from Calvary FC, John Paul Acire from Blacks Power, midfielder Allan Mugalu from Arua Hill, Goalkeeper Maganda Ismael from Proline, Balyejusa Isaac from Luweero United.
The club also unveiled Hussein Mbalangu as the Head Coach and he will be assisted by Dudu Bosco.
Kayanja has previously featured for UPDF FC, Soltilo Bright Stars, Sofapaka FC, KCCA FC, among others.
