By the end of the 14th Round, Mengo City moved to stand two points closer to Park FC on top of the table stepping on 33 and 35 points with 8 games remaining to conclude the league.
Mengo City went into action earlier than Park FC and hardly fought through Abdulkarim Tebela and Opuuli Sharif putting their side in the lead twice but Julius Kasagga was there to level the game on both occasions for Kisenyi FC in either half.
That was how it was until young star Arafat Kabanda from the junior side got presented with some minutes on a senior level where he scored twice to settle the game for the Stomers.
Despite ILyas Omran scored a game which brought thought for Kisenyi FC at least to fight for a point but it was too late as Omran had already missed to score it and empty net earlier in the game.
With Omran joining Park’s Abasi Muluya on the top of the top scorer chart with 22 goals, Mengo City won the game but more benefit from proud neighbours of Kabuusu Clouds who ruthlessly fought against Park FC to draw 2-2.
Gadaffi Bazanyanengo scored his 17th of the season in the opening minutes of the game for Kabuusu Clouds to earn an early lead but Jalil Zamula came to level for the defending champion before Najib Muwonge who mostly spent time with Mengo City came to regain the lead for Kabuusu Clouds.
Park FC managed to come via Michael Abura before the first stanza hoping to repeat what they did in the first leg of the clash when Abura secured the maximum points just 10 seconds before the final whistle but this time round the clouds were much aware and well managed the game to end 2-2.
