Victoria responded in the 21st minute when Agaba Aldo found the equalizer, ensuring a tense battle.

The visitors nearly took the lead seven minutes later, but Okedi squandered a golden chance, blasting his close-range effort over the bar.

Both sides created further opportunities before halftime, with Omega Kisaale firing wide for Kumi as the first half ended 1-1.

The second half saw Victoria come close again, as Aldo’s curling effort was tipped over ten minutes after the restart.

However, Kumi regained control, and in the 62nd minute, Akora Joseph struck a powerful shot into the bottom corner to restore the hosts’ lead.
