Seven-time National Basketball League champions, City Oilers beat UCU Canons 71-57 in Game four of the semi-finals of the 2022 edition.
The Wednesday night victory at the YMCA court in Wandegeya, handed them a 3-1 tie advantage in a Best of Five series to hit the finals.
Oilers will battle the Namuwongo Blazers in a mouthwatering affair for the Best of Seven series, that is slated to tip off on Wednesday 28th September, 2022.
Last night though, four Oilers players managed double figures for the blistering win under the wanting lighting conditions.
Moses Maker put up 14 points and 15 rebounds. He was supplemented by James Okall, Davis Siaji and Ceaser Kizito, who had 15, 14 and 10 points respectively.
For the Canons, Fayed Baale hit a game high 21 points thanks to his sharpness outside the paint but it was not quite enough to steer them to victory.
