Mengo City player Sharif Opuuli is enjoying the best form at the beginning of his Futsal career.
By far, in week 6 of the Futsal Super League, Opuuli appeared the best player after contributing 6 goals while side-hammered Lubaga Grameen 9-0.
On the day Opuuli scored twice and assisted or played the final pass before the assist.
The performance assured him a place in week 6 best 5 performers along with teammates Abdul Kareem Tebela and goalkeeper Stuart Kafuluma.
Opuuli who already appeared on the best 5 pick of the league on two occasions was appearing for a second consecutive week.
His teammate, Tebela was picked for his four goals with three of them made by Opuuli while Kafuluma kept a clean sheet.
On the team, Abasi Muluya Junior also made his second appearance following his hat trick against Kabowa Dream Team in a 4-2 win while taking his season tally to 13 goals being the league’s top scorer.
The team was completed with Crown Lubiri’s Abuka Yusuf Kulane who scored two goals to ensure his side passed the Nansana Askah hurdle with a 3-1 win.
