Day one of the National Volleyball Club Championship 2022 produced magic as men and women exhibited thrilling skills in the Eastern part of the country.
A total of 32 teams were in action of the group stages as hosts managed to make it to the knockout phase. Both the men and women OBB teams progressed to the quarterfinals.
Unlike for the men whose puzzle for the last eight is having some missing pieces, for the ladies it is a complete one with their focus now on the semifinals.
The last eight will face off today at 9:30am at Iganga Municipal council primary school with defending champions Ndejje University taking on UDPF first.
Next on the menu will be home side OBB hosting KAVC before Sport-S entertains KCB-Nkumba. The final quarterfinals game will see VVC battle NemoStars.
