Rays of Grace successfully defended the FUFA Primary Schools Championship following a shootout victory on Wednesday.
The closely contested final ended goalless in normal time at FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru but Rays of Grace won the penalty shootout 5-4 against Paorihner Primary School from Agago District.
Nicholas Kawooya and Abdulrahman Sudais both from Rays of Grace were named Most Valuable Player and best goalkeeper respectively.
Paorihner striker Joseph Langol took home the top Scorers accolade thanks to his five goals.
The two finalists together Bombo UMEA and Habanom Academy will represent Uganda at the East Africa games in Arusha, Tanzania later this month.
