Pius Ogena has been in blistering form this 2023, equalling the try scoring record in the premiership and as well pushing the KOBs in the National 7s calendar.

Pius Ogena has been away from the National setup for over two years. Lawrence Ssebuliba was unplayable at the Rujumba 7s recently, winning tournament MVP.

Isaac Massa battled injuries for the greater part of 2022 and a section of 2023 but has since come back in pristine form – inspiring the Pirates to their second Premiership crown and the top of the National 7s standings.
