She Corporate FC Midfielder Cissy Nantongo To Quit Football

She Corporate FC Midfielder Cissy Nantongo is set to quit football to pursue other life opportunities.

According to reliable sources, Nantongo wanted to quit football last season but she continued to strive and now, she will quit and focus on other business.

The workaholic defensive midfielder, joined She Corporate FC in 2018 from Olila High School Women Football Club.

In 2016/17 season, Nantongo won the maiden FUFA Women’s Cup with Olila High School WFC and was part of the She Corporate squad that won the 2021/22 FUFA Women Super League.

Defender Wilmer Nantumbwe also quit football and left She Corporate FC after the 2020/21 season, and went abroad for other businesses.

Besides Nantongo quitting football, She Corporate have already lost defender Phoebe Banura and striker Teopista Apino who joined Wakiso Hill WFC and more players like Suzan Atim, Spencer Nakacwa, Winnie Nabbale, among others.

In 2022, Nantongo helped She Corporate FC to finish second in the CAF Women’s Champions League Zonal Qualifiers that were held in Tanzania.
