Matchday one of SMACK League season 6 was dedicated to old boy Chris ‘Negou’ Ntege who passed on over the Easter weekend in a dreadful accident with his wife and kids.
Ntege who was a regular player for the Outkasts (class of 2005) since season 1 got a special tribute through the lighting of remembrance candles.
Despite the heavy rain throughout the day, a respectable turnup thronged Legends Rugby Club with all the 20 cohorts participating in the day’s games.
A total of 10 games were on the card, producing 30 goals with that of Lycans up against Elite being the game of the day.
The eight goals thriller on a cold day had Lycans come out on top and the crowd loved every bit of it.
The evening session was headlined by Janzi Band and songbird Naava Grey with the beautiful Etania spicing up the after-party.
The SMACK League season 6 will also feature other sports such as; Esports, Golf, and Basketball.
