Soltilo Bright Stars, a Startimes Uganda Premier League team, has entered into partnership with Goldstar Ladies FC ahead of newly promoted NEC FC.

NEC had reached a verbal agreement with the women’s football club on Wednesday morning but in the afternoon of the same day Bright Stars moved swiftly and completed the necessary paperwork with GoldStar.

NEC FC had previously negotiated with Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC but also failed to seal the deal.
