Wakiso Hill WFC Signs Midfielder Prossy Nashipond

Midfielder Prossy Nashipond has joined Wakiso Hill WFC from Byafaayo Queens FC on a two-year contract.

The former Bunyaruguru midfielder becomes the fourth official player to join Wakiso Hill WFC.

Nashipond joined Kenya’s Kayole Starlets on a short term loan deal from Byafaayo Queens FC in the second round of 2022/23 season.

Kayole Starlets was relegated from Kenyan Women Super League last season with nine games to spare.

The Wakiso based side have already unveiled defender Fatuma Nakasumba, left back Phoebe Banura and striker Moureen Kimono.

Midfielder Zaituni Namaganda and forward Kumiyat Naigaga also joined Wakiso Hill WFC and they’ll be unveiled soon.

Namaganda and Naigaga are yet to be unveiled

The Swalleh Kamya coached side are expected to make more signings to have a strong squad that will compete in the 2023/24 FUFA Women Super League.

Seguya Vicent yes it is. They play in the Kampala Regional Women Football league.
