Aziz Damani were made to work for the result in their game against Olila Cricket Club at the Lakeside Oval in Entebbe.

Olila has been the bogey side for Damani but like in their first round game, the experience of Damani helped them over Olila largely thanks to the heroics of Stephanie Nampiina whose 69 runs stood out in the whole game.

Away from Entebbe but still on Lake Victoria shores, Wanderers were also not very convincing in their chase of 61 runs in Jinja.

Set by Tornado Bee the small totals turned into a tricky chase but Tornado Bee failed to inflict defeat despite picking up 5 wickets.

In Lugogo a rejuvenated Jinja SSS side defeated Aziz Damani 2 in the only Div 2 encounter of the weekend.

Since Habib Mugalula returned to Jinja SSS the girls have not lost a single game and they are on the right path of gaining promotion back to the top flight.
