Uganda’s women’s rugby sevens team, the Lady Cranes, will return to the continental showpiece in Tunisia for the Africa Women’s 7s from 14-15 October.
The Lady Cranes have been drawn into the ‘group of death’ alongside reigning champions South Africa and last year’s second runners-up, Tunisia.

Uganda had earlier made easy work of their pool, defeating Zambia 15-05 and noisy neighbours Kenya 10-07 before beating Zimbabwe 10-00 in the quarterfinals.
