Federation of Uganda Basketball Association (FUBA) is blessed with a busy January with both on and off the court activities.
The first month of 2023 will witness some competitions, capacity building clinics and strategic planning meetings.
“As you can see, most of them are preparations for the upcoming engagements we have on the floor,” FUBA Vice President Marketing, Media and Publicity, Arnold Katabi told Nnalubaale Sports.
“We choose to start as early as we can to put ourselves in a better position to be ready and also rectify previous mistakes for a better season.”
Back to the FUBA year calendar, two tournaments are lined up namely; Uganda Got Hoppers on this weekend at Kireka Recreation Center and the FUBA 3×3 Cup on the 28th and 29th January.
Off the court, compulsory sessions of a strength and conditioning clinic for team coaches and managers will be conducted.
Further more, the transfer window will be opened officially followed by the FUBA competition rules review meeting.
