After months of thrilling action, memorable moments and new champions, the 2025/26 futsal season will officially come to an end on Friday, July 10, with the Futsal Super Cup at the Old Kampala Futsal Arena.

The season-ending spectacle will feature two mouth watering fixtures as the country’s elite teams battle for supremacy in both the men’s and women’s categories.

The men’s Super Cup will pit domestic double winners Mengo City against Kabowa Dream Team.

Mengo City enjoyed another impressive campaign, successfully defending their Futsal Super League title before lifting the Futsal Uganda Cup to complete a domestic double.

With the league champions also winning the Uganda Cup, Futsal Super League runners-up Kabowa Dream Team earned their place in the Super Cup. They will be aiming to cap off their season by upsetting the champions and ending Mengo City’s dominance.

The women’s encounter also promises fireworks as newly crowned Futsal Women Super League champions QC Mbarara take on Futsal Women Uganda Cup holders Mengo City Lady Stormers.

QC Mbarara head into the contest on the back of a historic unbeaten league campaign that saw them crowned the inaugural Futsal Women Super League champions. Their opponents, Mengo City Lady Stormers, will be seeking to add another trophy to their cabinet after their dominant Uganda Cup triumph in December.

Meanwhile, Park FC remain the reigning men’s Futsal Super Cup champions after edging Mengo City 7-6 in a thrilling contest last season, denying the latter a domestic treble.
