Like they have done in the recent past since joining New York Red Bulls II from Wakiso Giants FC, youngsters Ibrahim Kasule and Frank Ssebufu continued with their excellence.
The two were both on target as their team defeated Cincinnati II 2-0 in the MLS Next Pro League earlier on Sunday.
Kasule got himself on the score-sheet in the sixth minute to take his tally to nine goals in 16 games.
It’s important to note that the goals have all come in the past ten games. He has added four assists in the process, making it 13 direct goal involvements.
To further paint his rise, Kasule was weeks ago promoted to the senior team, the New York Red Bulls.
On the other hand, Ssebufu’s 64th minute goal made it five in 18 games since joining the side in March this year.
Meanwhile, New York Red Bulls II are currently in fourth place having accumulated 33 points in 19 games in the MLS Next Pro League.
