Kibuli emerge overall winners at the UMEA games

Kibuli Secondary School walked home the undisputed winner at the 2023 Uganda Muslim Education Association (UMEA) games held during the Easter holidays.

The giants scooped three gold medals, a silver, and a bronze at the event held at Kawanda Secondary School in Wakiso.

They won gold in each of the boys’ and girls’ Badminton, and table tennis and silver in volleyball for boys.

It’s worth noting the annual event attracted over 100 teams from 30 schools.

Meanwhile, Kawempe Muslim Secondary School won both the boys’ and girls’ football categories.

Via netball, Ngando Secondary School walked home with the gold as they beat hosts Kawanda in the final.
