  • Sport-S Vs Tigers

Closing the first stanza at the top of the table and still unbeaten following a tie-breaker victory over second-placed KAVC last week, classy Sport-S face a familiar foe.

They will be up against Tigers in Saturday’s first game. Occupying 8th position inside the danger zone, the Tigers will have no mercy upon the league leaders as survival instincts will be at the forefront for them in this derby.

The second game will be an intriguing match-up between two relegation candidates trying to consolidate better league positions to remain in the top tier.

Second from bottom Sky secured five points from round one while bottom-placed Nkumba has only one point from the nine matches played so far.

The first round meeting between the two ended in five sets, in favor of Sky, and Saturday’s encounter is expected to be another thriller.

OBB had a shaky start to the season following the exit of Coach Yakan Lawrence and his assistant Jacob Ssenoga paving way for Coach Luke Ettit and his deputy Daniel Kazibwe. In a silent move, Coach Johnson Kawenyera replaced Luke who made an immediate impact.
