Mike Mukula Jr navigated by Edward Kiyingi won the third round of the National Autocross Championship which raced off over the weekend.
The Gomba Gorilla Raceway was a highly competitive one-day event in Gomba district organised by Motorsport Club of Africa.
The first round was held in Fort Portal tourism city, and the second in Namataba, Mukono.
Mark Lubega won the first round while Mike Mukula Jr won the second round.
This third round race which attracted different drivers from the Clubman Rally Championships and the 2WD competitors with both 1st and 2nd round’s winners inclusive.
Mukula picked up the win in an area that had waited for over twenty years to see a rally car in action.
