The two-days Kitgum 7s dubbed the ‘Ribe aye teko’ which translates as ‘Strength in Unity’ will witness ladies action.

The 2022 national 7s champions, the Black Pearls will be looking to put the second class results in the Stone City 7s behind them.

The Bweyogerere based side will renew hostilities with Thunderbirds, to whom they lost on Day 1, and eventually missed out on the main semis.

Discipline was a major issue for the side in Jinja and coach-cum-player Helen Buteme will be hoping the week’s recollection at their Kings Park hideout has helped reset her charges.

They will have to tussle it out with the Kyadondo outfit, and the Nile Leopardesses in Pool B.

In Pool A, the Entebbe side Avengers will be taking on the hosts, Kitgum Queens and the ferocious Rapids, conquerors of the Nile.

Women’s Draw:

Pool A – Avengers, Nile Rapids, Kitgum Queens

Pool B – Thunderbirds, Black Pearls, Nile Leopardesses
