The 2022 Uganda Cup Semifinals match one will see a repeat of the 2019 finals as KOBs take on Heathens at Legends Rugby Club this Saturday.
The 4pm game development was a result of today afternoon’s draws held at Uganda Rugby Union head offices in Lugogo.
Away from the Jinja road and the oldest derby in local rugby, shockingly, Black Pirates will host Rhinos at Kings Park Arena Bweyogerere.
The tournament rules categorically state that the team which managed a better points difference in the previous round plays the custodianship role.
Rhinos has more points on 17 than Pirates who have 10 to their name and by press time, Rhinos officials were demanding for answers before the Saturday 4pm game.
Below the Main Cup, there will be action in the Shield Cup as Warriors will battle with Mbarara Titans at Legends Rugby Club while Impis will host Stallions at Kings Park Arena.
Well, that was another mix-up as the Makerere University side hosts its games at Graveyard grounds.
These two games will act as curtain raisers at the two venues and kick off will be at 2pm this Saturday.
