All arrangements are finalized for the 2025 Pool Association of Uganda (PAU) Grand Open Championship, hosted by the Tooro Pool Players Association.

The dress code for the event is strictly enforced: participants are required to wear white or black polo shirts, black trousers or skirts, and black dress shoes.
Registration is officially open, and aspiring champions are encouraged to secure their spot promptly to ease the work of the organisers.
The entry fees are: Men, 30,000 shillings; Ladies, 20,000 shillings; Juniors, 10,000 shillings; and Seniors (40+ years), 30,000 shillings.

- 1st: 3,000,000 UGX
- 2nd: 1,500,000 UGX
- 3rd: 750,000 UGX
- 4th: 300,000 UGX
- 5th-8th: 100,000 UGX each
Ladies:
- 1st: 1,500,000 UGX
- 2nd: 800,000 UGX
- 3rd: 400,000 UGX
- 4th: 200,000 UGX
- 5th-8th: 100,000 UGX each
Juniors:
- 1st: 400,000 UGX
- 2nd: 200,000 UGX
