Uganda Premier League outfit Arua Hill SC have taken a strong lead in spearheading the realization of Plascon Paint’s “Twaake“ campaign.
Last week, the Paint company started a drive to have fans of various sports entities paint their respective colours in a way of attracting crowds bringing togetherness and building a sense of belonging.
Arua Hill fans on Thursday, participated in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) drive in their home town in a move to improve the rapport between the club and its community.
The club had called on their fans to help clean a number of roads including; Transport Road, Central Lane, Market Lane, Duka Road, Hospital Road, Go down Road, Rhino camp road to Safi Mosque, Part of Iddi Amin Road to Concord, Baruku Road to Wadrif Road and New Lane.
Donned in their jerseys, a number of Leopards turned up huge and heeded the club’s call, cleaning the aforementioned roads and towns.
This is the first of many such calls by Plascon’s Twaake campaign to have the various clubs increase interaction with their fans, in their respective townships.
