The Jogoos return to league action looking to bounce back from a 2-0 defeat to Kitara FC. Villa are fourth on the table with 51 points, eight behind leaders Vipers SC.

Kovacevic expects another difficult contest against BUL, who beat Villa 2-1 in the first-round meeting at Njeru.

“We don’t have injured players and we are going into the game with a full squad,” Kovacevic said.

“We lost against them in the first round, so we need to play a strong game tomorrow.”

The Villa coach believes the race for a top finish leaves his side with no room for error.

“We want to finish as high as possible, maybe first or second, and because of that we need to win,” he added.

Villa and BUL have already faced each other twice this season, with both sides winning once. Kovacevic says that record alone shows the challenge awaiting his team.

“BUL will not come for an easy game. We want to show we are a good team and I expect a tough fight,” he said.

Villa head into the match with confidence after beating URA FC in the first leg of the Stanbic Uganda Cup semi-final.

The hosts will look to Frank Ssebuufu, Hassan Mubiru and Patrick Kakande for goals against a BUL side that has struggled for consistency this season.

Elsewhere, Express FC visit Buhimba United Saints in Hoima, while URA face Vipers under the lights at Kitende.
