Excitement as the National Volleyball League returns with a postponed game from round one of the regular season in the Men’s Serie A tier.
It will be amazing for sure as the table leaders, Sport-S will battle their closest pursuer, KAVC on Sunday at Old Kampala Arena.
Sport-S topped the table after sweeping everyone in their path without dropping a set in any of the games they played.
Speaking to Sport-S’ Head Coach Benon Mugisha he said they are always ready for any game in the National League, adding that KAVC is strong but they too are still strong.
KAVC men have only been beaten once (by OBB) and are currently second in the standings, two points behind the invincible table leaders.
However, they have a chance of topping the table should they against the odds register a victory over Sport-S.
Meanwhile in women National Volleyball League, KAVC and the defending champions Ndejje Elites will open the second and final round of the regular season.
This will be followed by two other exciting matchups in which last season’s first runners up VVC will face experienced KCCA and finally KAVC will return to challenge the stubborn newcomers OBB ladies.
