The Batball X tournament, which will be held in Uganda from August 15-20, will feature six teams representing the five regions of the country and a guest team from Rwanda.
The tournament will be played in a 10-over format and will be divided into two groups: Group A (Eastern Buffaloes, Nile Leopards, and Northern Elephants) and Group B (Western Bulls, Central Rhinos, and Rwanda Emerging).
The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super 4, which will be played on August 18-19. The final will be held on August 20.
In addition to showcasing the best cricket talent in Uganda, Batball X is also raising awareness of hypertension, a common medical condition.
The tournament is being held under the theme “Tackling Hypertension with every Boundary.”
