Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC will play host to Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC today in Lubaga.

Inform Kawempe Muslim will be out to avenge the first leg 3-1 loss when they face off in the morning.

However, it should be remembered that Uganda Martyrs have never lost any game against Kawempe since the birth of the Fufa Women Super League.

In the previous five meetings, Uganda Martyrs have won four times and with the other fixture ending in a draw.

In the press conference yesterday, Kawempe’s assistant coach Moses Nkata was optimistic that his side will do their best to grab the away win.

“We have trained and prepared the girls well, we know Uganda Martyrs has good players which can cause damage to us but the team is committed to being victorious at the end of the day.”

After becoming the first player to hit double figures, Martyrs forward Shakirah Nyinagahirwa will be in the limelight to add to her tally.

Martyrs captain Cathrine Nagadya and forward Brenda Munyana missed their previous encounter against UCU due to malaria but both are back.

On a low note, the Lubaga-based side will miss their left back Esther Namusoke, and Jackie Nambasa is expected to start in her position.
