Super League: Prisons, Police meet in a security agencies affair

On fire and title contenders, Prisons Netball Club will have two Netball Super League games this Saturday.

The biggest fixture will see the 2017 league champions entertain a fellow security agency team, Police Netball Club in the last game of the day at Kamwokya Community Sports Centre.

Going into this encounter, Imelda Nyongesa‘s charges are five games unbeaten and sit fourth on the log with ten points while Police are 7th with eight points from six played games.

In their last meeting, Prisons beat Police by 57-52 at Weyonje Netball ground.

With the likes of; Christine Namulumba, Florence Nanyonga, Lillian Ajio and Tausi Mumena the Luzira based team comes into the encounter as favourites.

For Police, Specioza Namukose, Namukaya Barbra and Hope Birungi should be on top of their game for better results.

Before the much anticipated game at 5pm, Prisons will play struggling Posta at 11:30am at the same venue.

In other fixtures, on form KCCA will be hosting Africa Renewal University as Mutelx Life Sport will be facing wounded Busia Greater Lions.

Posta, just like Prisons do have two games on the menu and the delivery company team will faceoff with Busia Lions.

NIC still leads the table with 14 points while Ugx Luweero remains as the only club yet to secure a point this season.
