Wanderers will open their National Women’s T20 Super 7s Cup campaign with a double header against Pioneer and Aziz Damani on Saturday at the Jinja SS Cricket Oval.
After convincingly beating Pioneer twice in the league mid this year, Wanderers will be looking to see off their morning opponents again.
Their last competitive action was a double encounter against Pioneer, where they won by 10 wickets in the morning game and 9 wickets in the afternoon one.
Wanderers will face Aziz Damani in the afternoon, who will be looking to keep their 100% run in the competition intact.
The yellow girls have won three in three, and they go into Saturday’s game as overwhelming favourites.
Damani currently occupy the top position in the table standings, and even if they suffered a rare loss, they will stay top as second placed Soroti City are out of action.
